MANILA, Philippines -- "X Factor Philippines" winner KZ Tandingan is proud to offer all-original tracks in her debut album, amid a trend among local artists to revive or cover familiar songs.

The 21-year-old Tandingan on Thursday afternoon started work on the music video, her first ever, for her self-titled album's carrier single "Puro Laro."

Speaking with reporters at the sidelines of the shoot, Tandingan explained the message of the song, saying, "It's about love being... isang bagay na para sa ibang tao ay laro lang.

"Puro Laro" is one of 10 tracks in her Star Records-produced album released in May, 5 months after she won the local edition of the hit reality singing contest "The X Factor."

Also featured in Tandingan's debut record are the songs “Umiibig,” “Darating Din,” “Bakit Lumuluha,” “Killing Me Softly,” “Un-Love You,” “Wag Ka Nang Umiyak,” and the Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs Songs 2013 fourth-place winning entry “Scared to Death.”

Tandingan said she is particularly proud that her own composition, titled “Love Love Love," also made it to the album. She wrote and recorded the song when she was still in college.

Now set to release her first-ever music video, Tandingan said she is both nervous and excited with the "new experience."
