Teen actresses Ella Cruz and Michelle Vito, and actors Paul Salas and Dominic Roque on Saturday expressed their gratitude for the continued support for "Aryana."

The Primetime Bida show, according to the national TV ratings data of Kantar Media, has consistently earned high ratings since it premiered in May.

Cruz, who plays the titular role in the soap, thanked her fans as well as the management of ABS-CBN for entrusting her with portraying the teen mermaid.

New leading man

For Roque, his gratefulness comes two-fold -- for the success of his first teleserye, and his instantaneous rise to leading man status.

Roque recently became an addition to the cast of the teen series; his role as Hubert, Aryana's admirer, has been welcomed with open arms by fans of the soap.

The young actor recounted having been called to audition for the role, and delivering lines on-cam, for primetime airing, only three days later.

"Aryana," which airs weeknights before "TV Patrol," also stars Pokwang, Tonton Gutierrez and Desiree del Valle.
