MANILA – Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano made their first public appearance as a married couple on Sunday night during the star-studded 46th Box Office Entertainment Awards.
Gonzaga was named the Box Office Queen by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation for the blockbuster hit “Starting Over Again.”
Two days after they tied the knot, Gonzaga said she is still on a wedding high and has yet to adjust to married life.
“Nakakapanibago. I got emotional.
Nonetheless, Gonzaga is excited to face what lies ahead of her and Soriano.
According to Gonzaga, she and Soriano will be leaving for their honeymoon on Monday.
Sabi ni Ate Kris (Aquino), ‘Toni, grabe you’re going to get married so finally you can travel with Paul na kayo lang. So ito, gift niya (Aquino),” she said.
Do they also plan to have a baby soon?
Ayaw ko magsalita ng next year, next month, in the next two years.
But if Soriano would have it his way, the director said he would like to have twins.
“I just want two, twins sana. But whatever God blesses us with, as long as healthy and strong, happy na ako,” he said.
