Mini Selena Gomez is 'Mini Me 2' grand winner

MANILA - A five-year-old girl from Binangonan, Rizal, took home the top prize in ''Mini Me,'' the kiddie talent competition on ''It's Showtime.''

Xiamara Sophia Vigor impersonated pop star Selena Gomez.

Vigor acted, rapped, and sang Gomez's ''Love You Like A Love Song.''

During the question and answer portion, Vigor also charmed the audience when she defined love.

Asked to pick her favorite among five pictures shown to her, Vigor picked the photo of a little girl kissing her mother.

She explained her choice by saying, ''Love is important. Because Jesus made it important so no people in the Philippines can be hurt because love is the perfect love.''

When host Vhong Navarro asked her what love is, she simply answered, ''Love is love.''

Most of the audience members gave Vigor a ''very good'' mark when asked to show their scores.

Judge Darren Espanto also noted that the girl’s performance was ''impressive.''

Vigor won a trophy, a house and lot from Camella Homes and a P300,000 cash prize.

The girl said she will use the cash to visit her father who works in Iloilo.
