MANILA – American singer Lauv performed before a sold-out crowd at the Araneta Coliseum on Monday night.
During the concert, the “I Like Me Better” hitmaker raved about how his Manila show was an absolute dream.
“This is officially the biggest headline show I’ve ever played,” the singer said, as quoted by Ovation Productions.
The producer shared on social media several photos and videos from the concert, which marked Lauv’s first time to take on an arena.

Just hours before the show, Lauv told to ABS-CBN News why his Araneta concert is extra special to him.
“I’m gonna be actually premiering a new song. I’m excited about that. The song means a lot to me and I thought the best place to do it would be here,” he said.
“I am actually gonna be shooting the whole thing and trying to make it into the official music video. It just felt right. This just feels like a moment for me,” he added.
When asked where he thinks his music is going, Lauv simply said “Honestly, the fact that I have no idea is my favorite part about it.”
“I have no idea. I feel like every decision I make in my life changes where I go and changes my story which will change my music,” he said.
Following his Araneta show, Lauv is set to hold another concert at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu on Tuesday.
Lauv is best known for "I Like Me Better," which he performed at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards.
Lauv's recent release, "There's No Way," featuring fellow singer-songwriter Julia Michaels, already has more than 38 million plays since its debut on Spotify this September.
