MANILA – Sharon Cuneta is having mixed emotions now that her daughter Frankie is graduating from high school soon.
On Instagram, Cuneta proudly shared Frankie’s graduation photo and said: “Graduating from high school soon. Then we take her to her dream school and help her move into her dorm in New York in August.”
“How did this happen? Why so fast?!!! Oh my Baba... Mama will miss you every single day... But I am so very proud of you! I love you with all my heart. You are golden,” she added.
While obviously delighted about her daughter’s feat, Cuneta is feeling sentimental at the same time because they would no longer be living together when Frankie pursues her degree abroad.
“How am I gonna eat when I’m home with the family — and seeing your empty seat beside me?!!! Waaaaah!! I can’t!!!” she said.
Teasing her daughter, Cuneta suggested for Frankie to just choose among the country’s top universities so they would not be apart.
“Magaling naman ang U.P. at Ateneo at La Salle anak... Huhuhu! Stay na lang kaya? Kundi titira ako dyan!” she said in jest.
Frankie is the eldest daughter of Cuneta with her husband, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan. They have another daughter Miel and an adopted son Miguel.
