Welcome to the Jungle: Guns N' Roses coming to PH in November

MANILA - US rock band Guns N' Roses, who ruled the late 1980s to early 1990s with hits such as "Sweet Child of Mine" and "Welcome to the Jungle" will hold a concert in the Philippines on Nov. 11, the band said on its website Saturday.

The Philippines is among the Asian stops of the band's "Not In This Lifetime" tour. It will be held at the Philippine Arena.

The band's other stops in the region include Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Taipei.

Guns N' Roses, led by Axl Rose and his screeching vocal, debuted in 1987 with "Appetite for Destruction." The album was ranked 62nd among the 500 greatest albums of all time according to Rolling Stone magazine.

Tickets for the concert will be sold via SM Tickets online and over the counter starting June 9.
