MANILA – Heart Evangelista is mourning the loss of her dog Casper.
On Instagram, the actress shared a photo of Casper as she tried to find the right words to express the deep loss and pain she is currently feeling.
“You were a bundle of joy— the kindest dog I have ever met. There was not a single bad bone in you. All you did was bring our family happiness,” she said.
"We have made memories together that I will carry with me for my whole life. You were an angel on Earth and now you are an angel in heaven,” she added.
To end her post, Evangelista said she will miss Casper and he will forever remain in her heart.
“Till we meet again, my angel,” she wrote.
Just last month, the actress also mourned the death of one her foster dogs — the first since she started rescuing animals at age 13.
Evangelista shared the sad news in her April 28 vlog, a compilation of several days worth of her home activities during the coronavirus lockdown.
A portion of the nearly 20-minute video shows a weeping Evangelista, telling her viewers that her latest foster pet, a puppy named Linda, has died.
