MANILA -- Songwriting couple Moira dela Torre and Jason Marvin Hernandez have penned a new song thanking the country's frontliners for their hard work against the coronavirus disease.
Titled "May Pag-asa," the touching song comes with a music video featuring various clips of the brave people working in hospitals, food services, groceries, and checkpoints, among others.
"To our dearest frontliners and first responders, nothing you do ever goes unnoticed," wrote Dela Torre and Hernandez. "Mula sa aming lahat, maraming salamat sa araw-araw na pagpili sa amin."
"Patuloy po kaming mananalangin para sa inyong kalusugan. Mahal namin kayo. Salamat. Salamat dahil may pag-asa kami nang dahil sa 'yo," they added.

Back in March, the couple held a Facebook Live stream where they performed their hits and took requests to raise funds for the ABS-CBN Foundation and its COVID-19 relief efforts.
As of the song's release, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country stand at 10,343, with 685 deaths and 1,618 recoveries.
