American late night television host Jimmy Kimmel expressed his gratitude to Manny Pacquiao for allowing him to become part of his entourage during his bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr. held Saturday night (Sunday Philippine time).
The 47-year-old Kimmel was surprisingly behind the Filipino boxing icon as he walked towards the ring at the MGM Grand Stand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was dressed in a shirt sporting a Pacman figure about to eat small images of Mayweather's head, matched with a black sports jacket, gold chains and a fedora -- an apparent swipe at pop star Justin Bieber, who is a fan of the unbeaten American boxer.
"Disappointing result but what a fight - thank you for making me your Bieber [Manny Pacquiao] - you are a champion," wrote Kimmel on his Twitter account moments after the judges awarded Mayweather a unanimous decision win.
Last week, Kimmel had Pacquiao as a guest on his show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live." He asked if he could be part of the Filipino's entourage, much like how Bieber is with Mayweather.
"I'll fight Justin Bieber. I don't care what has to happen," Kimmel quipped.
