MANILA - Philippine bet Cynthia Thomalla won the Miss Eco International 2018 crown during the pageant's coronation night held in Cairo, Egypt on Friday (Saturday in Manila).
Thomalla succeeded last year's Miss Eco International winner Amber Bernachi of Canada.
Named first runner up was Indonesia, while Peru, Vietnam and Costa Rica won second, third and fourth place respectively.
Thomalla is dubbed by local pageant fans as a look-alike of Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway.
She was the first winner of the Miss Eco International Philippines title, which was introduced in the Miss World Philippines pageant last year.
