MANILA - YouTube star Mich Liggayu, who has become the subject of criticisms following the death of her long-time boyfriend Jam Sebastian, finally broke her silence on Tuesday via Facebook.

Liggayu said, unedited: "Inalis sakin lahat ni God ngayon.

Liggayu's statement came a day after a televised interview of Sebastian's mother, Maricar. The older Sebastian accused Liggayu of preventing her from accessing her son's online accounts, which are supposedly connected to his earnings from the popular "Jamich" media.

In recent weeks, Liggayu has also been criticized for her supposed romance with aspiring singer Neo Domingo, which he has denied. She also drew flak for a viral video showing her singing with friends while Sebastian was resting in his hospital room.

Sebastian died on March 4 at age 28.

"Sobrang depressed pa rin ako til now," Liggayu said in her Facebook post. Oo pwedeng makita mo kong naka smile, pero behind that smile... Sobrang laki ng pain. Sobra."

While she did not directly address the criticisms and accusations she has received, Liggayu expressed confidence that she will surpass this challenging chapter.

She said: "Someday maiintindihan ko kung bakit pinaranas sakin to ni God. In my own little ways. Thank you.

Hug... We can do this. Just pray. Pray harder. Don't give up. Ask for God's embrace. Someday ngingiti rin tayo ng totoo. God loves you very much. Be blessed."
