MANILA, Philippines – Following her “American Idol” stint last season, Filipino-American singer Thia Megia is set to visit the country again as part of her Asian concert tour.
Megia is scheduled to headline concerts in Manila, Taipei, Bali, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur from April 19 until May 3.
Megia will hold her show in Manila on April 22 at the Glorietta Activity Center.
This is the second time that Megia will be performing in Manila. The first time she performed in the country was during the “American Idol” Season 10 summer tour last year.
The 17-year-old San Francisco-based singer continues to make music waves long after the TV contest as she is set to perform at a Macy’s event in San Franciso in May.
Megia will also perform in concerts in Missouri with “American Idol” Season 9 winner Lee DeWyze in June.
She is also part of the Girl Scouts Rock the Mall event in Washington D.C.
