MANILA – The movie “Eerie” starring Bea Alonzo and Charo Santos has made more than P152 million in the domestic box office, two weeks since its release.
Producer Star Cinema announced the figure on Tuesday via an Instagram post.
“Sa lahat ng matatapang na sumama, MARAMING MARAMING SALAMAT PO. We are overwhelmed with your continuous support and love for Eerie. Sa mga 'di pa nakakanood, we are now on our 3rd blockbuster week in cinemas,” its caption read.
Set in the 1990s, "Eerie" centers on a clairvoyant counselor who investigates a student’s death. The student appears to have taken her own life, with her ghost lingering in the halls of the school.
