<p>MANILA – The adoptive father of actress Angelica Panganiban has passed away.</p><p>In an Instagram post on Sunday, Panganiban thanked her Papa for being the father figure she looked up to while growing up.</p><p>“Ikaw ang pinakamatibay na taong kilala ko. Napakapalad ko na ikaw ang naging Ama ko.
