MANILA - The second trailer for the new edition of ABS-CBN's "The Voice of the Philippines" features the three returning coaches from the TV show's successful debut season last year.

The 30-second teaser for "The Voice Kids" premiered Wednesday night during the time slot of the top-rating fantaserye "Dyesebel."

It shows coaches Bamboo Manalac, Sarah Geronimo, and Lea Salonga gearing up for a "race."

The local superstars are then seen turning their chairs for young singing hopefuls.

"The Voice Kids" will feature children aged 8 to 14.

As with the international format, this edition will only have three coaches. In the debut season of "The Voice of the Philippines," Manalac, Geronimo, and Salonga were joined by The Black Eyed Peas' Allan "apl.de.ap" Pineda.

To be hosted by Alex Gonzaga and Luis Manzano, "The Voice Kids" is billed as a "back-to-back" offering in tandem with the second season of the format for adults.

Last year, Mitoy Yonting of Team Lea was named the first-ever "The Voice of the Philippines" following the show's three-month run as a top-rating program and consistent trending topic online.
