MANILA — "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" may have taken a break as ABS-CBN halts all its entertainment productions due to the coronavirus crisis — but its lead star Coco Martin won't be missed by viewers, with the return of the phenomenal series "Walang Hanggan."

The 2012 teleserye, which peaked at a massive 45.4% in nationwide ratings, will be joining ABS-CBN's Kapamilya Gold lineup starting March 23, its producer Dreamscape Entertainment announced.

"Walang Hanggan" will air weekdays at 2:30 p.m., occupying a portion of the time slot of "It's Showtime". The noontime program, which is airing "Best Of" episodes, will have a shortened airtime under the temporary programming.

"Walang Hanggan" launched the popular love team of Martin and Julia Montes, and also marked the reunion of erstwhile couple Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta onscreen.
