MANILA — "Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin," the drama series starring Jodi Sta. Maria as a woman consumed by envy and greed, will no longer premiere as scheduled amid ABS-CBN's progamming changes due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin" was originally slated for a March 23 debut, taking over the 4:15 time slot of the just-concluded action drama "Sandugo."
The programming revamp of ABS-CBN comes in the wake of its suspension of all entertainment productions, as a safety measure against the spread of the coronavirus disease.
ABS-CBN has yet to announce a new premiere date for "Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin."
The drama, based on its trailer, follows the story of two best friends, portrayed by Sta. Maria and Iza Calzado, whose relationship is torn apart by envy and vengeance. It also stars Maricel Soriano and Sam Milby.
