MANILA – The upcoming concert of Grammy winner Tori Kelly in Manila has been cancelled.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, concert organizer MMI Live announced that the cancellation of Kelly’s show “Inspired by True Events Tour Live in Manila” is in line with the advice of local authorities amid concerns of the COVID-19.
The former “American Idol” contestant, who is best known for her songs such as “Unbreakable Smile,” “Nobody Love” and “Never Alone,” was supposed to hold her first-ever concert in the Philippines at the New Frontier Theater on April 20.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding,” MMI Live said.
