They recently introduced their youngest sister last week.
And travel and lifestyle blogger Dani Barretto, the eldest daughter of Marjorie Barretto, could not be happier that she can now freely talk about her sister.
"It's about time for the world to get to know her cause she's the best," she told ABS-CBN News' Jeff Fernando on Thursday. "Siya iyong light ng buhay namin ngayon at gusto namin iyong i-share."
It was late February when fans first saw photos of the young Barretto. Dani and her family shared snaps on Instagram of the little girl, fondly referring to her as "baby" and "little princess."
She admitted that they expected the sudden introduction to be controversial, given the mystery surrounding the identity of the girl's father, but pleaded to their critics to stop the "negativity."
"If we choose to keep it to ourselves for a while, it's our business already. Pero if we choose to share it now, i-enjoy niyo na lang the moment with us, with my baby sister."
"Huwag niyo nang lagyan ng negative energy kasi napakaganda nang bata na iyon," she added.
Talking about their sister, whose name they have yet to reveal, Dani described her as "smart," "bubbly" and "always smiling."
She also shared that she and her other siblings --Claudia, Julia, and Leon-- have been enjoying having a new kid in the house.
"Our last baby was Leon and Leon is 14 years old now. So this is the time na lahat kami magkakapatid ay nage-enjoy."
