Kang Dae-sung is the latest member of the Korean boy group Big Bang to enlist in active military service.
The group's agency, YG Entertainment, on Monday announced that Kang will start his mandatory military service on March 13.
According to a report on Korea Herald, YG said Kang applied for military service in 2017, hoping he can enlist at a similar time with other members of the group.
Born in 1989, Kang is the fourth oldest member of Big Bang. The three other older members of the group have already enlisted or have announced their enlistment date.
The first one was T.O.P. (Choi Seung-hyun), who started his military service last year.
Following his drug controversy, Choi is currently serving as a public service worker.
Kwon Ji-yong, also known as G-Dragon, started his military service last February 27, while Taeyang (Dong Young-bae) will be enlisting by March 12, a day before Kang.
The group's youngest member, Seungri (Lee Seung-hyun), has yet to announce his enlistment date, but YG Entertainment said Lee will also enlist after releasing his solo album by the first half of 2018.
Lee is currently promoting his Chinese film, "Love Only," and is set to star in a Netflix original series with other talents from YG Entertainment.
