MANILA - Jam Sebastian of the popular YouTube tandem Jamich was visited by television host and actress Kris Aquino Thursday night.
Sebastian's battle with stage 4 lung cancer earlier took a turn for the worse.
The father of Sebastian's fiance, Mich Liggayu, shared a short clip of the meeting on Instagram.
It came after it was revealed that the online star's health worsened and he has been placed on life support.
Aquino, hours after the meeting happened, took to the mobile photo-sharing site to air her thoughts.
"It was a long day & night. I received several texts from [Gretchen Fullido] regarding Jam. Immediately after Malacañang, I went to St. Luke's, I didn't want to waste time changing so I went in my gown because the texts' urgency was evident," she wrote.
The 44-year-old, who is a mother to two children, added: "Tonight I had the privilege of meeting a mother whose LOVE for her 2 sons mirrors mine. Mommy Maricar was so appreciative of my effort & I realized all of us mothers will be grateful for kindness shown to our children."
"I should be the 1 thanking her, for reminding me to continue prioritizing & treasuring my sons even more. My prayers are w/ her, their family, close friends and Jam- that God may ease his suffering. And that they will continue to have unwavering faith in our Creator's love."
Aquino is just one of the many who have sent well-wishes and prayers for Sebastian. Inspirational speaker Bo Sanchez also visited the the cancer-stricken 28-year-old.
Kapamilya singer Yeng Constantino, meanwhile, wrote on Twitter: "Let us pray po for Jam of Jamich."
For his part, fellow YouTube star Mikey Bustos said: "Everyone please pray for Jam of [Jamich] who is now on life support. So distraught at the news. May God be with him, Michelle & family."
Sebastian, who has been battling cancer since early last year, made headlines after it was revealed by his brother, Yexel, that he wanted his family to end his suffering.
"Mayroon palang ganitong klase ng buhay na hindi mo alam kung anong dasal ang idadasal mo sa panahong ito," Yexel said at the time.
