MANILA - A 4-chair turner and a young singer who was part of "Little Big Shots" joined Apl.de.ap's team on Sunday's episode of "The Voice Teens 2".
Sixteen-year-old Noielle Rodriguez captured the attention of all four coaches with her performance of Demi Lovato's "Stone Cold".
Sarah Geronimo, however, lost the chance to be chosen after she was blocked by Bamboo.
"Yung passion mo lumalabas sa boses, kaya umikot kami. Pero pati 'yung pagtugtog mo ng gitara, 'yung puso mo, lumalabas," Lea Salonga told Rodriguez.
"Gusto mo bang marinig sa buong mundo 'yung mga sinusulat mo? Well, you know, I could help you out with that," Apl.de.ap added.
Meanwhile, 14-year-old Tyson Venegas, who has performed on different venues in Canada and has been featured on "Little Big Shots", performed Sam Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come".
He made coaches Apl.de.ap, Geronimo and Lea Salonga turn for him within the first few seconds of his performance.
"That was a knockout performance, man. Amazing," Apl.de.ap told Venegas.
"You could feel that there was something very special in the room, and I'm hoping that you give me a shot to work with you because you are truly exciting," Salonga added.
Both Rodriguez and Venegas chose to be part of Apl.de.ap's team.
