It's only been three weeks since her grandfather passed away.

Kisses Delavin is still finding it difficult to describe the pain of losing a loved one, as she recalled the moment she found out of her lolo's death in an interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda."

She began by sharing that she, her father, and her grandfather were all very close.

Delavin said she was filming a project when she learned that her beloved lolo fell ill. No flights were available on such short notice so she and her dad had to drive back.

"In the middle of the car ride ay tumawag iyong cousin ko and told me that my lolo was gone," she shared, before adding: "It was the most difficult time of my life."

"Seeing my dad beside me crying, it was the worst part. ...I've never seen my dad cry talaga ng ganoon. I feel like my father is my heart and nung umiiyak siya. ... It was so painful."

There is nothing in life more painful than the loss of a loved one. The thought that I can no longer hug, kiss, talk to him again makes me feel like I have a hole in my heart. My Lolo had lived 93 beautiful years and there is not one day in his life that he did not spend loving and caring for my Lola and his children. My Lolo was a good man, a good husband, a good father.. no wonder my father grew up to be one too. I will miss my Lolo everyday of my life. Thank you Lolo for everything, I will never forget the fact that you kept a picture of me all these years in your wallet so that you can take a look at it every time you miss me. I promise that I will make you a proud Lolo up there in heaven. Rest now Lolo Oben. May all of us hurting right now be comforted by your love & God's love. We love you.

Delavin said that her lolo was one of her biggest supporters during her stint inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house.

She said that her grandfather didn't really like watching television, but tuned in to all the episodes of the reality show while she was there.

She was on the late night talk show to promote her upcoming concert, "Confidently Kisses," at the Kia Theatre in Cubao on Saturday.
