"I voted for this president that we have," was one of Enchong Dee's candid revelations in a segment of "Tonight with Boy Abunda" that aired Monday.
Dee, 29, was made to participate in the "5 in 45" challenge of the late-night talk show, wherein guests should name five facts about themselves that are not widely known.
The actor's 2016 vote for president may come as a surprise for some, as Dee at the time was a vocal supporter of the vice-presidential bid of then-Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo. Robredo's Liberal Party is the current opposition to Pres. Rodrigo Duterte's administration.
Dee follows a similar disclosure of Angel Locsin, who brought up her vote for Duterte in an episode of "Pilipinas Got Talent" wherein a contestant impersonated the top leader.
In his "Tonight with Boy Abunda" interview, Dee was also joined by his "Blood Sisters" co-stars AJ Muhlach and Ejay Falcon. Each had their turn doing the "5 in 45" challenge, seen below:
