MANILA, Philippines – Actress Janice de Belen revealed that actor Aga Muhlach had asked her to marry him when they were still in a relationship.
In an interview with Boy Abunda on “The Bottomline,” de Belen said she and Muhlach talked about marriage but she bowed out.
“We were young. I was still a kid myself,” she said.
De Belen said this had affected their relationship and she believes this was one of the reasons why they eventually separated.
“Noong una we were still trying to work it out pero hindi nangyari eh,” she said.
De Belen and Muhlach had a son.
Muhlach is now happily married to television host Charlene Gonzales. They have twins.
De Belen, on the other hand, is currently not in a relationship but she had children with actor John Estrada.
