It's been a while since Salbakuta performed one of their most enduring hits, "Stupid Love," on national television.
They did so in Saturday's episode of "I Can See Your Voice" and luckily it didn't turn into a total train wreck, thanks to their keen eye for judging singing talent based on looks.
Out of a pool of six singers, they picked an Italian kid to sing with them in the final round. As it turned out, they were right on the money, as Kyran Oliver has studied classical music in Italy.
Oliver said that he dreams of performing for his fellow Filipinos, which was why he decided to join "I Can See Your Voice."
He seemed to be well-versed in OPM music as he crooned some parts of Salbakuta's most famous song.
Oliver won P25,000 and a chance to compete for a semifinals spot in "Tawag ng Tanghalan" on "It's Showtime."
