MANILA -- Comedians Negi and Long Mejia won P1 million on Thursday's episode of' "Minute to Win It."

The two bagged the jackpot prize after accomplishing the final challenge "Pong to the Fifth Power," where they have to shoot five ping pong balls inside a tall glass with a narrow mouth. Both Negi and Mejia will need to complete the goal.

Negi and Mejia are the third contestants of the game show to win P1 million since it returned with a celebrity format last July after Meg Imperial and Jodi Sta. Maria.

According to Negi, he will donate part of his winnings to fire victims in his barangay in Navotas. Mejia, meanwhile, will give part of it to his community in Bulacan for the construction of a church.

In the game show's current format, celebrity pairs play against each in five levels. The team that completes the least number of challenges for each round is eliminated.

Mejia and Negi were pitted against Patrick Sugui and Axel Torres in the episode's semifinals. They beat Sugui and Torres with a score of 2-0, advancing to the jackpot round.

With 10 seconds to spare, Mejia and Negi finished the last challenge, winning a total of P1,070,000.
