MANILA, Philippines – The stunt double of "The Bourne Legacy" lead actor Jeremy Renner was hurt while shooting a scene in Marikina on Thursday.

The ABS-CBN News team was able to witness Renner while he was rehearsing a chase scene.

Renner and actress Rachel Weisz’s stunt double were riding a motorcycle, while some men were firing at them.

Renner's stunt double was reported to be okay but suffered from scratches.

Unlike during Wednesday's shoot, some roads in Marikina City were free of traffic on Thursday as the Hollywood film did not shoot their scenes in the streets but rather inside the city’s wet market.

Meanwhile, several vendors complained that the “Bourne” shoot is already affecting their livelihood.

“Walang mga bumibili eh malayo yung ikot ng mga bibili tinatamad na ata,” vendor Ben Balangit said.

“Apektado kami. Walang dumadating na bibili,” another vendor Rico Katubal said.

Despite the hassle brought by the filming of the Hollywood movie, a lot of people were on their toes when they saw the teaser of “Bourne Legacy,” which went viral online on Thursday morning.

The cast and crew of “Bourne Lagacy” will continue to shoot more scenes in Marikina City on Friday. – from a report by Gretchen Malalad, ABS-CBN News
