Pomoy didn't go without a compliment for the magician.

He replied: "You are amazing as well. I was impressed [by] your magic. I want to know how to do it."

Pomoy, who has banked on his "dual voice" singing both male and female parts of popular duets throughout the season will face a variety of acts in the grand finals of the competition.

He will face acrobats V. Unbeatable, shadow play dance group The Silhouettes, "Stormtrooper" dance group Boogie Storm, and singer Angelina Jordan.

AGT's grand finals will air Monday (US time).
