MANILA -- This year is shaping up to be a busy one for Judy Ann Santos.
After her Star Cinema movie "Ang Dalawang Mrs Reyes" with Angelica Panganiban earned P120 million in the box office, Santos announced that she is set to work on her first ABS-CBN teleserye in almost five years.
Santos, who has been dubbed the Queen of Philippine Soap Operas, confirmed the good news on Instagram Wednesday night.
Santos, whose last TV series was "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala" in 2013, will be doing a series with Dreamscape.
She was supposed to topbill the series "Someone To Watch Over Me" in 2015 with Richard Yap but this had to be shelved after she became pregnant.
"Thank you to my ABS-CBN and Dreamscape family for trusting me with another show," Santos wrote in the caption.
