MANILA -- Rock singer Bradley Holmes said goodbye to the competition after his coach chose to save Alisah Bonaobra in the second live elimination night on Sunday.

Holmes, Bonaobra and Mackie Cao were part of the second batch of performers from Team Apl.

Holmes rocked the stage with his rendition of "You Give Love a Bad Name" during the live performance show on Saturday.

However, chose Bonaobra to move on to the next round.

"Eto na ang pinakamahirap na desisyon na nagawa ko sa kompetisyon na ito. Kayong dalawa ang pinakamalakas na performers sa Team Apl, and kung ano man ang mangyari, all you got to do is just be, be hopeful na may pwesto ka sa industry na ito," he said.

Bonaobra showed off her talent on Saturday with her own rendition of the OPM classic "Bituing Walang Ningning.

Meanwhile, Cao moved on to the next round after getting 42.38% of viewers' votes. She performed Air Supply's Making Love Out Of Nothing At All" on Saturday.

Together with Daryl Ong and Suy Galvez, Cao and Bonaobra will move on to the next round as part of Team Apl.
