Stills from the filming of the Dreamscape Production show lead star Montes, who portrays a security agent, at a medical center surrounded by personnel in full protective suits.

Based on her uniform, Montes’ character works under PADPAO, or the Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators.

Wearing the same uniform are the characters of Anna Luna, Pepe Herrera, and Paeng Sudayan. Patrick Sugui and Joem Bascon, meanwhile, wear police gear in the photos.

The characters of Edu Manzano, Arjo Atayde, Denise Laurel, and Alora Sasam appear to be government or medical authorities, while Melissa Ricks, Joross Gamboa, Meryll Soriano, Benj Manalo, Eric Fructuoso, Pen Medina, and JC Santos are civilians who are caught in the panic.
