Kris Aquino has millions of fans. And a good many of those took offense for her over Gretchen Barretto siding with Nicko Falcis, Aquino's ex-business partner whom she has accused of stealing more than a million pesos from her.
On Instagram Saturday, Barretto showed an article that detailed the death threats Falcis allegedly received from Aquino's camp.

She wrote that she "felt" for Falcis and she salutes him for fighting for his reputation despite the threats, calling for an end to "bullies" and to "stop power tripping!"
This was brought up with Aquino by one of her irate fans, which she responded to by calling for calm.
"In this issue, I shall choose to look back on the year 1986. Gretchen may dislike me now, but she campaigned for my mom against the Marcoses. Dedma na sa pagtingin niya sa akin," she said.
"I have stated this time and again — I can look beyond insults against me because it's part of the territory. But if my mother was treated with respect and my sons weren't hurt — I am chill."
"So if I can chill, maybe all of you should be too?" she told her fans.
