MANILA - BDO on Friday announced that it will have a scheduled system maintenance for all banking services from late Sunday evening to early Monday morning.

On its official Facebook page, BDO said the system maintenance will be from 11:30 p.m. August 18, Sunday to 7 a.m. August 19, Monday.

The Philippines' largest bank also reminded it customers that it will be deactivating its old BDO Digital Banking app on Monday August 19. The bank advises users to download its new BDO Online app to maintain online access to their accounts.

Users who already have the old Digital Banking app or an online Banking website account can use their existing name and password to log in to the new app, BDO said.

The bank also reminded users to download the new app only from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Users are also warned against sharing their username, password, OTP and card details such as card number, expiry date and CVV.
