MANILA -- Cebu LandMasters is eyeing Cavite and Camarines Sur as possible locations for its first Luzon project.

"There’s a lot of interest in (Cebu Landmasters) too, there’s several landowners in Manila asking us to look at their prime Metro Manila property, so we are also not closing our doors to vertical development in Metro Manila," he said.

He stressed that their first projects in Luzon will focus on economic t- mid-market housing.

Soberano also said expanding to Luzon is part of the "natural progression" for Cebu Landmasters.

"The VisMin market is still very ripe, it’s still under-tapped, but we feel like we want to create more awareness about Cebu Landmasters and the great things we’re doing in Luzon," he said.
