MANILA, Philippines - Manila Water Company will be working with the Zamboanga City Water District for a project to reduce non-revenue water in the city.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, Manila Water said it was awarded the joint venture for non-revenue water reduction activities by the Zamboanga City Water District.
The project will be implemented through a joint venture company to be formed between the ZCWD for a period of 10 years.
"Manila Water and ZCWD shall execute a joint venture agreement to govern their relationship as joint venture partners. Thereafter a service agreement shall be executed by and between the joint venture company and ZCWD," the company said.
