MANILA, Philippines - All Philippine Airlines flights to Tacloban from December 7 to 14 have been cancelled.
In a statement, PAL said it has temporarily suspended operations at Tacloban airport after the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) restricted the use of the airport to military and general aviation conducting relief operations, in the aftermath of typhoon "Ruby."
Passengers who are booked on any of the six daily PAL flights to and from Tacloban from December 7 to 14 are advised to contact PAL Reservations for rebooking or refund of tickets.
Passengers may rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from the original flight date, with rebooking fees/charges waived.
If passenger is unable to rebook on the same fare class, rebooking on a higher booking class will be allowed, with fare difference also waived.
