MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Bank Of Communications on Thursday said its chief financial officer and chief operating officer have resigned.
"During the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors last night, the senior officers of the Bank tendered their resignations in view of the reorganization currently being implemented," the bank said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
PBCOM said Daniel L. Ang Tan Chai resigned as chief financial officer, effective January 1, 2015.
Horatio S. Aycardo, Jr. also quit as chief operating officer, while Emmanuel S. Santiago resigned as executive vice president.
Earlier this year, Puregold owner Lucio Co has raised his stake in PBCOM to nearly 50 percent.
