MANILA - Megawide said Wednesday it won a P10-billion contract to build a major waterfront project in Mandaue City, the biggest contract this year.
Megawide will build the Mandani Bay Quay Phase 2, which will include 3 40-storey residential towers, a 30-storey office building, an amenities floor, 2 commercial levels, and 4 floors of podium parking, the construction firm said in a statement.
The project is a development of HTLand, a joint venture of Hong Kong Land and Taft Properties.
Megawide has now exceeded its P24 billion target for new contracts this year with the signing of the Mandani project, said its CEO, Edgar Saavedra.
Megawide also is part of a consortium that bid to upgrade the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
