MANILA -- Ayala Land unit Avida Land said Thursday it expected P4 billion in sales revenue from its Cloverleaf tower on the northern end of the capital.
The projected sales from the 36-storey second tower will be nearly double the P2.2 billion from the 31-storey first tower, Avida Land said in a statement.
Ayala Land has spent P15 billion out of the P23 billion alloted for Cloverleaf, which also includes a shopping mall and office spaces for business process outsourcing, according to the statement.
Ayala Malls Cloverleaf is 99 percent leased out for the year, Avida Land said.
Shares of Ayala Land were down 0.25 percent to P39.10 early Thursday, compared to a 0.22-percent decline in the main index.
