MANILA - It has been "so far, so good," said Makati City Mayor Abigail "Abby" Binay after over 100 days into her second term as the chief of the Philippines' richest city.

In an interview with ANC's The Boss, Binay said she counts on her team in her push for digitization and greater efficiency in the city's services.

"The boss just sets the direction. The boss just sets an example but the boss cannot run the show so the boss is just a member of one team--one very good group of people--to be a very good boss," Binay said.

Binay described her job as a very hands-on "director" and very particular on details.

She said she was also pushing for more transparency in city projects.
