MANILA - Cebu Pacific on Monday said some of its booking services will be unavailable from Nov. 13 to Nov. 14 due to system enhancements.
Passengers won't be able to book or manage flights through the website, mobile app, call center, ticketing offices and authorized sales agents from 8:00 p.m. of Nov. 13 to 7:45 a.m. of Nov. 14, Cebu Pacific said in an advisory.
Online check-in will also be unavailable, it said.
Passengers were advised to check-in online ahead of time.
"We sincerely hope for our guests' understanding, as we work on improving our system to serve you better," Cebu Pacific said.
