MANILA - ABS-CBN said it launched its TVplus digital service in Batangas, a province south of the capital with nearly 2.7 million people.

The network rolled out TVplus box with a ceremonial switch-on followed by a showcase of stars, a KBO public viewing and on-ground activities of exclusive channels at the Lipa City Youth and Cultural Center.
"With the ABS-CBN TVplus box, residents in Batangas can now enjoy clear picture, crisp sound, exclusive channels, and an affordable pay-per-view service with no monthly fees," the network said in a statement.
ABS-CBN TVplus offers exclusive channels such as CineMo, YeY, Knowledge Channel, and DZMM TeleRadyo. The 2 other free-to-air channels are ABS-CBN and the sports channel, ABS-CBN S+A.
