MANILA - PSBank said Monday some clients might not be able to access their accounts while it upgrades its deposit system from Nov. 3 to Nov. 6.
The disruption will cover all Metro Manila branches as well as those in Guagua, Pampanga; Sto. Tomas, Batangas; Carbon, Cebu; and Monteverde, Davao, PSBank said in a statement.
Clients in affected areas will have no access to their accounts through ATMs, PSBank Mobile, PSBank Online, BOB corporate internet banking, E-credit and point-of-sale services during the downtime from from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. on Monday.
Other affected services include payment to PSBank Loans, Metrobank & PSBank Credit Cards, Maynilad, PLDT, Smart & Sun, AXA, FAMI, Sumisho, and PSBank Flexi Personal Loan accounts.
