MANILA - Cebu Pacific said Friday it established a hub in Laguindingan Airport to boost its presence in Northern Mindanao.
Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental province will be the 7th hub for the country's largest airline, with flights to Manila, Bacolod, Caticlan, Cebu, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Tagbilaran, Davao and Zamboanga.
“Today is a testament to our long-standing commitment to contribute to nation-building, and make air travel more accessible to Filipinos. We look forward to the effect our low fares and direct flights will have on Northern Mindanao,” said Cebu Pacific president and CEO Lance Gokongwei.
Laguindingan is the country's 6th busiest air terminal and serves as the gateway to Bukidnon province and the neighboring cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan.
