MANILA - The National Privacy Commission (NPC) on Friday summoned 67 online lending companies over data privacy complaints.
Since the firms do not have proper addresses, NPC listed the firms in a statement and called for their representatives to appear before the commission.
Commissioner Raymund Liboro said the firms' officials should appear in a summary hearing on October 14 and 15 to submit their statements and defend themselves from the complaints. - Report from Dexter Ganibe, ABS-CBN News
