MANILA - SM Prime Holdings Inc. on Wednesday said it would open its third mall in the province of Pangasinan on Oct. 4.
SM Center Dagupan is the group's 74th mall in the country, SM Prime said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
Located along M.H. Del Pilar Street, the mall will add 23,000 square meters of gross floor area to the company's retail portfolio, the statement said.
"Dagupan City is considered as Pangasinan's industrial hub and the most highly urbanized city. The addition of SM Center Dagupan in this progressive and vibrant city will attract more local and international tourists, further boosting the growth of the local economy," SM Prime president Jeffrey Lim said.
Shopping, dining and entertainment destinations as well as known retail brands will open in SM Center Dagupan, the operator said.
