MANILA - Tech company Audiowav Media Inc. on Tuesday presented its planned P2.66 billion initial public offering (IPO) to the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Among the Audiowav officials who attended the presentation were Carlos Jose Hinolan, Jimmy Francisco Perez, Rufino Dela Rosa, and Alma Jadie.
Audiowav, a firm involved in audio and atmospheric sensory technology, filed for regulatory approval for its IPO in August.
The funds from the IPO would be used to expand into new markets in the region including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China, the company earlier said.
Assisting in the fund raising activity are SB Capital, Gorriceta Law, Sycip Law, and Reyes Tacandong & Co., it added.
