MANILA - Cebu Pacific will be launching three new international routes from the Philippines in December.
The Gokongwei-led airline said, starting December 17, it will be mounting direct flights from Manila to Fukuoka, Japan.
The maiden flight of the Manila-Fukuoka thrice weekly service departs Manila at 2:15 p.m. and arrives in Fukuoka at 6:55 p.m. The return flight departs at 8 p.m. and arrives at 10:40 p.m.
Fukuoka is Cebu Pacific’s 4th destination in Japan after Osaka, Tokyo (Narita) and Nagoya.
The budget airline will also inaugurate flights from Cebu to Taipei, Taiwan, and from Davao to Singapore, the airline’s first international route from Davao.
“We look forward to seeing the ‘Cebu Pacific effect’ in the new routes we will operate. We’ve seen time and again how connectivity and CEB’s trademark low fares stimulated travel,” said Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
All three new routes will use the airline's brand-new Airbus A320 aircraft fleet.
The airline is holding a seat sale from September 10 to 13, 2015, or until seats last to promote the new flights.
Cebu-Taipei and Manila-Fukuoka seats are offered at P2,688 all-in and P6,688 all-in respectively, for travel from December 17, 2015 to January 31, 2016.
Meanwhile, P1,488 all-in Davao-Singapore seat sale fares are for travel from December 17, 2015 to July 31, 2016.
